- Who are TPA certifications designed for?
- Our CPT track is built for licensed mental health clinicians and graduate students. TS-C is designed for allied professionals — educators, first responders, healthcare staff, and case managers — who need trauma-informed knowledge without crossing clinical boundaries.
- Are TPA programs APA approved?
- No. CE accreditation is in progress and we are not currently offering APA CE credit. Our curricula are evidence-based and designed for licensed mental health professionals; we will publish accreditation details as soon as they are formally in place.
- How long do certifications take to complete?
- CPT-I is a 40-hour program typically completed in 8–12 weeks. CPT-II runs 60 hours, CPT-III 80 hours, and PsyT is a 120-hour leadership track that most candidates complete across two to three semesters.
- Is coursework live or self-paced?
- Every certification blends self-paced video modules with live cohort case consultations and supervised practice sessions. Live sessions are scheduled across multiple time zones.
- Do these programs carry CE credit?
- Not at this time. CE accreditation is in progress. Each program documents its contact hours — 40 for CPT-I, 60 for CPT-II, 80 for CPT-III, 120 for PsyT, and 24 for TS-C — and you receive a certificate of completion recording them, but they are not currently APA or NBCC CE credit.
